  •  Avoid needless regressions by getting clearly in mind what you want to say; then start to speak.
  •  Speak in a manner that shows respect for others.
  •  Try to avoid slogans.
  •  Use short sentences, and vary your pace.
  •  Then finally Concentrate on the desire to communicate
