INTERNAL MEMORY FULL

YOUR INTERNAL MEMORY IS FULL,PLEASE TRY TO DELETE SOME APPS TO FREE UP SPACE .

DID YOU GET SUCH  MESSAGE ON YOUR ANDROID SMARTPHONE OR TABLET?    yet you have a media/memory card on your smart device but you observe your downloaded apps are stored on internal memory!  

provided below is a solution to such problems   

All you have to do is to navigate to settings from your home screen 

       

   

  

then navigate to apps  

    

  Under apps you should locate a sliding tab such as DOWNLOADS ,PHONE STORAGE ,RUNNING ,ALL . e.t.c.

as shown below

  

Click on each application in download tab to see the app details.just as this  

   

   

 Click on move to phone storage  

as you click on it it will show something like this 

 

  

 once moving is completed it will display this 

  

  

that shows your moving is successful.

so you keep repeating those steps to all apps in order for your internal memory to be free up .

NOTE: not all apps can be moved to phone storage this is because some apps are system application that you upgraded .so system apps can never be moved from internal storage .
